A new style of Italian healthy fast food, baked goods, coffee and smoothies, Fitaly twins the natural wholefood influence of Abruzzo, Central Italy with the objective of making natural, gluten-free and vegan food normal and satisfying in a modern, high-end cafe context.
The simplicity and nutritional benefit of the Abruzzo diet based on ‘la cucina povera’ integrates pulses, whole grains, fresh vegetables and tender lamb, inspired by its rural, mountainous history and shepherding tradition.
It’s this uniqueness in its cuisine that Fitaly aims to capture through a rustic collection of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and meat dishes for more digestible, vitamin-fuelled food for energy on the go.
A selection of the dishes on the menu has been specially created by Danilo Cortellini, Head Chef of the Italian Embassy and fellow Abruzzese.
Peacefully located at the top of High Street Kensington, its charming interior and rays of natural light keep you cosy whilst you eat, work or simply relax.
