As a key component to Pasero’s offering, wine displays needed to feature prominently in the interior design. To meet and exceed the brief, our concept included a retail area close to the entrance to offer wine, deli items and local sourced produce.

During the day it was important that the venue was set up to operate a limited but carefully crafted lunch menu including sandwiches and salads, whilst also offering a takeaway coffee service that was easily accessible from the street.

In the evenings our flexible concept allowed the retail and coffee area to be effortlessly transformed to cater for dinner service, and with scope to include more covers and therefore increasing revenue potential. Celebrating a menu offering small plates, cocktails, natural wines, and seasonal dishes, the space needed to reflect different cultures from around the globe.
