Residential refurbishment project for a three bedroom house in Chippenham for a property development client.
KAI Interiors converted the original dated layout into an open plan living space, maximising every nook, making it the ideal family-friendly and multi-functional home. We worked creatively within to a tight budget, specifying all the fixtures and finishes to transform the whole house ready for the rental market or resale.
