An independent beer bottle shop, located in central London, Kill the Cat, worked with KAI Interiors to mastermind a bespoke interior design concept to delight and excite craft beer drinkers in the heart of the capital.

Our client wanted to make craft beer more inclusive and accessible to all, while also showcasing the diverse variety of flavours and quality of products in an interesting and playful way.
The goal was to encourage repeat business by making customers feel curious, excited and intrigued about craft beer, in a welcoming destination that transitioned well from day to night.
Our Solution
Located in Spitalfield, central London, it was essential to create a destination that stood out from the crowd. The interior design solution KAI presented encapsulated a full scale bar and kitchen in Kill the Cat brand’s colours. In keeping with the brand’s warm approachable ethos and philosophy, we used natural touches to create a relaxed, informative environment. Customers can enjoy craft beers sourced from both near and far, paired with an exciting small light bites menu designed to complement and enhance the experience.
Combining form and function, the interior design approach we adopted meant the space flowed effortlessly and transitioned seamlessly from day time bottle shop to evening bar, delivering counter top dining and a personal service from their dedicated bar staff.
